WHERE DOES ALL THE MONEY GO?

Are you curious to where all the fundraising money goes? Do you think your child may not be benefiting from all the fundraisers? 
Look at where
 our funds are going and how crucial they are to the students of Dudley!

Mason Road School (Over $11,000.00) 

Art Enrichment– $500 Used to provide new art supplies to be used in art classes through the school year.   

Preschool Graduation– $400 

Field Day– $200 To be used for water station/ freeze pops, or to provide necessary sports equipment to be used at field day. 

Field Day Buses– $700 Funds to be used to transport students to Shepherd Hill from Mason Road School.  

Field Trips/ In school programs Pre-K- $1000, Kindergarten- $3000, Grade 1- $3000

Gym Equipment – $500 Used to provide new equipment to be used in gym classes through the school year.  

Whole School Educational Program- $1000 To provide an educational program that the entire school can enjoy anytime throughout the year.

Music Supplies- $250 Provide props needed or supplies for music concerts during the school year.  

Library Supplies- $250 Provide props needed or supplies for library during the school year.  

Technology Supplies- $500 Provide props needed or supplies for technology during the school year.  

SG Fund – $500 This fund is in place to help needy students within the Pre-K through 8th grade community.  If a faculty member sees a need (example; a student in need of a winter coat) they should approach the principal to ask for funding assistance in aiding student.  Principals do not identify families but work to achieve necessary funding. Assessed on individual need basis. No gift cards will be provided. Receipts required.

Dudley Elementary School (Over $13,000.00)

Art Enrichment- $500 Used to provide new art supplies to be used in art classes through the school year.  

Family Literacy Night- $350 Used to purchase math night supplies that can then be at the event and then utilized in classroom after event.  

Family Math Night– $350 Used to purchase math night supplies that can then be at the event and then utilized in classroom after event.  

Field Day Supplies– $200 To be used for water station/ freeze pops, or to provide necessary sports equipment to be used at field day.  

Field Trips/ In school programs Grade 2- $3000, Grade 3- $3000, Grade 4- $3000 To be used to pay for in house programs, busing to field trips and admittance to educational program.  

Fourth Grade Concert– $500 Funds to be used towards 4th grade class t shirts, and any props or supplies needed for the concert.

Foreign Language- $250 Funds to be used for materials to assist in Foreign language learning.  

Eight Grade Promotional-$2500 Provide busing to Canobie Lake Park, supplement admittance into park.
